what everybody has to remember is that diet is the majority of how lean you look, most celebrities can afford a top notch organic based diet (i guess with the exception of that yoga girl featured). most of them probably have their own chefs. people just gotta remember to focus on diet too and not jut burn, no point in burning if you just eat it back or eat sugar to jack your insulin back up.
yea, diet is 80% of your physical result. Cut out saturated fats, low dairy if you find yourself getting bloated easily, lean meats, high protein, low carbs. You don’t need to be working out your abs 5x a week. Once is enough or 2x max. Also I recommend doing other exercises that involve contortions in your mid section.
Diet is a huge factor to gaining Abs, pinch ur stomach and see how thick of a layer of fat u need to burn of for it to show. Heres a typical malemodel/bodybuilder diet im taking, it works as you can see in my display pic. I eat about 6 times a day. Low carb, Low sugar, Low sodium, etc… i take in about 160 grams of protein. I hit the gym 4 times a week 2 hours of weightlifting/cardio, working on each muscle group, on the days im resting i jus do about 500 crunches, sometimes hanging.
I do TaeKwonDo 3 times a week plus the school sport (climb run and basket ball). And then I will be one of the most popular teenage star in hollywood LOL !!
High-Protein Low Carb Diet is for losing fat while maintaining muscle but it DEFINITELY DOES NOT make you develop muscle !! In order to develop muscle one needs High Protein- High Carbs Diet Dumb Ass !!! Nutritional Requirement to build muscle is: 1g Protein for every Ibs bodyweight and
2.5g Carbs for every ibs body weight.
So whoever has written this presenters info probably doesn’t know the purpose of the celebrities she’s talking about.
Yep. A hgih protein, low carb diet would be to simply tone and harden your body. What Taylor, and people like Tobey Maguire in Spider man 1 did was eat A LOT.
I’m 15 male,I work out lots but don’t really diet to well i gained about 13 pounds of muscle but it isn’t really noticeable,What is the absolute best way to grow muscle but loose fat at the same time?I also did lots of cardio while working out.
koraydervis is right. Also lift HEAVY if this meand do more sets of less reps thats fine. Your metabolism will be much much hiher for a long period after a heavy weight routine. The after burn affect can last up to 48 hours where as a cardio workout will only boost your metabolism for one to two hours after workout. Eat more as well, more protein and if your trying to lean out dont go carb crazy but it is completely neccessary to put on muscle. Whats your diet like now?
@ganstaeddie7 just eat a load of pasta and rice and drink a protein shake after each workout i started 2 months ago and put on 25 puonds of muscle and im only 16

i want to stick on perfect diet …. im a 18 yrs old male … doing 200 crunches 5 times aweek but i still dont have that 6 pack abs … HELP
October 8th, 2009 at 12:08 am
Doing all those crunches will not work,I may even make your belly bigger. to get a six pack you need to change your diet and lower your body fat.
